Private Cable Construction

MaineCom is a Maine leader in designing and constructing private cable installations for multi-site operations. Either copper or fiber (single or multi mode) or both are installed to fit your needs. With our utility licenses, we are able to build on utility poles (roadside or transmission right of way), in utility conduits and duct systems, or on private property. We can even build you your own pole line or conduit system.

MaineCom can also splice onto an existing line in service. And we also will provide all the cable terminations you need. Check the sample “Private Communications Facilities Agreement” on our Customer Resources section in the upper left of this page.

Bandwidth and Other Services

MaineCom has a wide presence in the City of Portland, and can offer service throughout much of southern and central Maine through our alliance with OTT Communications. Together we can offer a wide variety of bandwidth services. Call us or contact OTT Communications directly for more information.
